Cancellation Policy
TERMINATION OF CONTRACT If Client exercises its right to terminate the Agreement, a non-refundable cancellation fee of 20% of the total agreed upon project budget reflected in this agreement is to be paid to the Rental Company immediately upon official cancellation of the project. Any deposit made to reserve the date is non-refundable and is subject to the cancellation fee. LIABILITY Client will be held liable for any damages or injuries caused by their misuse or negligence of the equipment. Client agrees to release Rental Company from any liability for any injuries or damages caused by the photo-booth.
