Cancellation Policy
A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve the date which covers any cancellation fees that may incur. *Due to a limited amount of slots for this offer, re-scheduling is allowed 24hrs in advance and within the limits of availability. Please note that there are no refunds for any cancellations. Waiver of Consent: By booking this photo session, you, as the CLIENT, acknowledge and agree that BLUE VOLTAGE LLC retains the right to use the photos and media for promotional purposes. The CLIENT grants BLUE VOLTAGE LLC an exclusive, worldwide, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free license to use all media clips produced during the contracted work for BLUE VOLTAGE LLC's promotional purposes.
